Our dedicated team of Engineers are keeping abreast with the latest technology and continuously working to improve upon the product quality by applying statistical methods, problem solving tools, innovative process design and robust processes of manufacturing. In order to remain cost competitive globally our organisation is focused on optimization of resources and following IATF 16949
Quality Management System in its true sense.
Every employee of Him Teknoforge understands and works for the quality of processes that they are doing and takes responsibility to maintain the Quality of end product. They understand the value of customer satisfaction (Internal or External) and strive to achieve the same thru continuous team efforts. We regularly train our employees at all levels to enhance their skill and professional competency.
We at Him Teknoforge, use factual approach to decision making. Our Quality Engineering personnel are thoroughly trained professionals and apply statistical process control and problem solving tools to analyse the problems.
We are equipped with following MMDs for effective control over manufacturing of Gear and other machined parts.

In order to achieve the content & purpose of the quality policy, we dedicated ourselves to the fulfillment of following quality objectives:
- To create awareness among the people about the concept of internal customer & that every next stage of processing is to be dealt for its entire satisfaction.
- To work for the development of new product with the ultimate aim to achieve capability for producing entire range of gears for each OEM.
- To make improvement in the process & operation to continouosly improve the quality of products.
- To implement & maintain a Quality Management System as per IATF 16949
- To work for reduction in Non-Conformities in the product at different stages.
- To impart training to people at all levels in the organisation on various management concept for bringing out attitudinal changes in them.
Besides the complete infrastructure, we have the right team to ensure the quality standards stipulated by various standards.
Our products are self certified with all the necessary process capability.
